Phillip Singer is awesome! He went above and beyond in helping us buy a house in Fuquay. He was always available for us and was able to answer every question we had right away or he looked into it and got back to us promptly. When we were ready to make an offer on the house he compiled a detailed packet with comps and all the information on the house so we knew exactly what to offer and what we were getting into.
